John Benson

John Benson has a strong background in organizational development and leadership. John began their career in 1997 at Schleuniger, Inc. as the Director of Technical Services and Company Officer. In 2005, they joined Starpoint Business Solutions as the President & Managing Partner, a role they held until 2010. From 2010 to 2016, they worked at Hypertherm, Inc. as the Director of Organizational Development and later as a Senior Organizational Development Specialist. Since 2016, John has been working at TPI Composites, Inc. in various leadership roles, including Director, Senior Director, and currently as the Vice President of Global Organizational Development.

John Benson attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 1982 to 1986. John then obtained a Doctor of Management degree in Organizational Leadership from the School of Advanced Studies DM, UOP. Later, they pursued an MBA from the University of Connecticut. Additionally, they received various certifications including the Assessment of Leadership Potential from Korn Ferry in 2016, Situational Leadership II from The Ken Blanchard Companies in 2009, and others.
