Patrick Iannone

Patrick Iannone, CCP, CBP, CECP, CSCP, GRP, SPHR has a strong background in compensation and benefits, as well as HR systems. Patrick currently holds the position of Vice President of Global Compensation, Benefits, and HR Systems at TPI Composites, Inc., where they have been since 2018. Prior to this, they have held various roles in compensation, benefits, and HR systems at companies such as International Cruise & Excursions, Inc., Mobile Mini Solutions, CopperPoint Insurance Companies, and HR Relief. Patrick also has experience in executive compensation management at First Solar, where they provided global compensation support and prepared materials for the compensation committee. Earlier in their career, Patrick worked in human resources roles at Early Warning Services, eFunds, Banner Health, and Apollo Group.
