Michael Johnson

Michael Johnson is a Human Resources Manager at TPM, where they oversee HR operations. With a diverse background, Michael began their career as a Carpenter for Signatory Contractors and later transitioned into technical recruiting and human resources roles across various companies, including Global Aviation Services and Ultra Machining Company. Their extensive experience also includes customer service and CNC programming prior to entering HR. Michael served in the U.S. Army Reserves and Minnesota Army National Guard, contributing as a Chemical Operations Specialist.
