John Serpa

John Serpa serves as the Vice President of People at both TPM, Inc. and ColorLab since September 2018, with additional responsibilities at TrebleHook as Vice President of People since January 2021. A well-respected figure in the community, John was commissioned as a Kentucky Colonel in April 2023, an honor recognizing significant contributions to society. Previously, John had a distinguished 21-year career with the United States Marine Corps, culminating in the role of Director of Human Resources, where oversight included employee compliance, performance reviews, and conflict resolution. Additionally, John took on leadership roles in various capacities, such as Regional Director for the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation and Family Readiness Program Manager. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Park University and advanced military education from prestigious institutions.
