Prior experience includes roles at Sunex Tools as Product Manager and Engineering Supervisor, where Mike led an engineering team in developing innovative automotive tools. Additional positions include mechanical engineering roles at Micron Industries, Oxbo International, EXFO, and Dynabrade, with a foundational education in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
