Su Tejo has over 30 years of experience in project execution and management within the petrochemical industry. From May 1996 to March 2024, Su held various leadership roles at PT Trans-Pacific Petrochemical Indotama, including Vice President of Project Execution, overseeing significant projects such as the OSBL Revamp Project, which involved the EPC of multiple tanks and associated facilities. Prior to the VP role, Su served as Strategic Planning Manager and General Affairs VP, directing operations in general affairs, warehouse management, IT, and public relations at both head office and site locations. Earlier career experience includes positions as HR Manager and Marine Engineer at IKPT from January 1993 to April 1996, focused on civil and structural engineering. Su holds an MBA in Business Management and Administration Technology and a BE in Civil Engineering, both from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
