Anthony Power has a strong work history in support management and training. Anthony started their career in the Irish Defence Forces as a Corporal and served for over 13 years. Anthony then transitioned into the corporate sector, working as a Learning and Development Specialist at MSD. Anthony further developed their skills as a Training Consultant and Coach at MONERE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES. Anthony then joined PGi as a Senior Manager in Global Support and also took on the role of Customer Support Training Lead. Anthony later worked at TPx as a Senior Support Manager and currently holds the position of Director of Voice Services Support. Prior to this, they were employed at Kinaxis as a Premier Support Manager.
Anthony Power has a Master's degree in Personal and Management Coaching from University College Cork. Anthony also holds a Higher Cert in Leadership, Management, and Defence Studies from the Institute of Technology, Carlow, and a BA in Counselling and Psychotherapy skills from ICHAS. In addition to their degrees, Anthony has obtained certifications in Supply Chain Foundations from LinkedIn, Certified RapidResponse Administrator Level 1 from Kinaxis, and KCS v6 Fundamentals Certification from The KCS Academy.
