Craig Masi

Craig Masi is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in network support and management. Currently serving as Manager of Network Tier III and MSx IT Support at TPx since March 2017, Craig oversees two teams and handles complex troubleshooting for services such as DIA, MPLS, LAN Switching, and VoIP. Previous roles at TPx include Manager, Network Tier III and Tier II Technical Support Specialist. Craig's foundational experience in the IT field includes serving as an IT Specialist in the United States Army Reserve and various technical support roles. Craig holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies in Computer Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University and possesses extensive certifications and training in network management and emergency response.
