Paul Mona

Paul Mona has had a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Paul started their career as a Network Technician at Mirage Resorts Inc in 1997. Paul then worked as a Network Technician/Project Manager at IADs: Copper Rocket in 1998. In 1999, they joined MPOWER Communications as a VoDSL Engineer, where they played a crucial role in designing and implementing one of the first 'LIVE' VoDSL Networks in the country. Paul also Configured, upgraded, and provided support for CopperMountain DSLAMs. From 2000 to 2001, they worked as a Field Engineer at Tollbridge Technologies. In 2001, they returned to MPOWER Communications as a Manager. Paul later joined Commpartners in 2003 as a Vice President, where they served until 2011. In 2011, they worked at KeyOn Communications as the General Manager VoIP & Vice President - Engineering/VoIP. Finally, since 2012, they have been associated with TPx, holding various roles including Director - IP Core Engineering, Sr. Director of Packet Engineering, and currently serving as the Vice President Of Engineering.

Paul Mona completed their Bachelor's degree in Science Information Technology from the University of Phoenix in 1998. Paul also pursued coursework in Computer Science and RPG Programming at Clark County Community College and studied Electronic Engineering Technology at Utah Tech.
