Tyler Dunphy has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and companies. Tyler started their career as a Company Commander in the United States Army Reserve from July 2002 to September 2003, followed by serving as an Adjutant from October 2003 to September 2005.
Tyler then became a Consultant for Tyler Dunphy from 2008 to 2011. After that, they worked as the Director of Technology for Westbrook School Dept from July 2000 to April 2011. In this role, they managed a large staff and budget while overseeing the maintenance of computer systems and infrastructure for multiple locations.
From April 2011 to October 2014, Tyler worked as the VP of IT Services at Unified Technologies Inc. Tyler was responsible for service delivery, technology planning, and new product vetting for the company's customers.
Next, they joined DSCI, a TelePacific company, as the Senior Director of ITx Engineering and Delivery from October 2014 to April 2017. From August 2020 to October 2021, they were the VP of Service Delivery Provisioning, responsible for driving operational efficiency and meeting customer demands.
In their most recent positions at TPx, Tyler served as the Senior Director of Product Design Engineering from October 2021 to March 2022, overseeing product design and service delivery. Tyler then became the Vice President of Managed Services Design from March 2022 to October 2022. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Product Operations and Engineering, focusing on product operations and engineering at TPx.

Tyler Dunphy holds a variety of certifications and degrees in the field of education and technology. Tyler obtained their Masters degree in Computer Technology in Education from Thomas College in 2006. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife Biology from the University of New Hampshire in 1996. Tyler also has a High School Diploma from Carrabec High School, which they completed in 1992. Alongside their formal education, they have obtained numerous certifications in various IT fields, including certifications from Microsoft, Fortinet, and CompTIA. Additionally, they have earned the distinction of being an Eagle Scout through the Boy Scouts of America in 1991.
