Cat Drew is the Chief Design Officer at the Design Council, where responsibilities include integrating architecture, public sector design, and business innovation to promote healthier and safer living. In addition, Cat serves as the Director of Policy & Place at FutureGov, focusing on place-based change and innovation for social improvement, while also being a recognized thought leader in the intersection of data and design. As Project Director at Uscreates, Cat oversees projects aimed at enhancing health and well-being through various design methodologies. Previous roles include Senior Policy Advisor at the Policy Lab, Head of Police IT & Digitisation Policy, and Head of Neighbourhood Policing at the Home Office. Cat holds a Master’s Degree in Graphic Design from the University of the Arts London and a Bachelor of Arts in French and History from the University of Nottingham.
