Stephen Dowding

Stephen Dowding is a seasoned Service Designer and Business Analyst with extensive experience in public-facing service design and business analysis across various organizations. Currently employed at TPXimpact since November 2021, Stephen previously contributed to Foundry4 and a range of UK government entities, including the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, where design and support of Covid-response services were key responsibilities. Expertise includes service modernization projects at the Food Standards Agency and the Welsh Government. Early career highlights involve positions at Registers of Scotland, Panviva, and freelance consultancy roles, focusing on information architecture and content management in IT implementation projects. Stephen holds an MA and BA (Hons) in History from the University of Sussex.
