Steve Winters

Steve Winters is currently the Group Chief Financial Officer at TPXimpact, a position they have held since 2022. They previously served as the Interim Deputy Group CFO at the same company and were a Non-Executive Director at Chime Group from 2016 to 2019. With extensive financial expertise, Steve has held various roles at WPP, including Group Chief Accountant and Deputy Group CFO, from 2001 to 2016. Their career began at PwC, where they worked as an Audit Supervisor from 1990 to 1996, gaining experience in audit and consulting across diverse sectors, including assignments in Africa. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and History of Art from UCL, awarded with 2:1 Honors.
