Vicky Brown

Vicky Brown has a diverse work experience in the design field. Vicky is currently the Head of Design Operations at TPXimpact since 2023. Before that, they worked as the Lead Design Manager at FutureGov from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Service Design Lead at the Parliamentary Digital Service from 2019 to 2021, where they were responsible for leading service design projects and managing and growing the team. Vicky also has experience working at Nomensa, where they held various roles including Principal UX Manager and Senior User Experience Consultant, leading projects for clients such as Gatwick Airport and Unicef. Vicky started their career as a UX Consultant at Nomensa in 2013.

Vicky Brown attended the University of Exeter from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. In 2021, they also received a certification in "Cultivating Creative Collaboration" from IDEO U.
