Your team doesn't have a profiling problem. It has a dialogue problem.

What if your team could improve performance in just one hour?

TQi online is a guided team exercise that turns reflection into action. Teams build a shared language around what makes them effective, identify what's needed for upcoming challenges and commit to specific improvements.

The difference: We focus on teams as dynamic systems - not individual personality types. Using our research-backed Qualities of Practice Cards® methodology, teams explore how they collectively show up at their best and what Qualities will move them forward.

What you get:
→ Real-time collaboration (up to 10 participants)
→ Complete in 60 minutes (structured but flexible)
→ No facilitator required (self-guided with clear instructions)
→ Individual and team reports (downloadable PDFs)
→ Immediate insights (visual arrangements reveal patterns)
→ Actionable commitments (not just discussion)

Perfect for team leaders who need:
• To grow Team Intelligence
• Retrospectives that actually improve performance
• Fresh perspective when teams hit plateaus
• Remote/hybrid teams to deepen connection
• Quick team check-ins without external consultants

Why teams choose TQi:
Unlike profiling systems, TQi recognises that teams change based on context and challenges. You can run multiple exercises over time as your team evolves, creating a practice of ongoing learning and reflection, not a one-time snapshot.

The methodology comes from decades of leadership development work. Created by Dr Sue Congram (Psychologist), Rosie Mayes (Team Coaching Specialist) and Bastian Weinberger (Business Srategist), TQi makes proven team development accessible without expensive facilitation.

"Our team discovered a new language which we used for many months and helped us be more productive."

-Aly Burgess, Cleversteam Ltd

"At first we were sceptical, but it is incredible what we learned in just one hour."

-Beta Tester
