Depuis sa création en 1988, le bureau d'ingénieurs-conseils TR-Engineering apporte son concours à l'élaboration et à la réalisation de projets d'infrastructures et de programmes d'aménagement et de développement à Luxembourg et dans les pays émergents.

Ses interventions accordent une place indispensable au respect de l'environnement et au développement durable. En améliorant la qualité et les conditions de vie des hommes et des femmes, TR-Engineering apporte sa contribution à la construction d'un monde plus harmonieux. 

Sa vocation est d'accompagner les investisseurs publics et privés dans leurs projets, de la conception jusqu'à la réalisation, dans des conditions optimales. Outre les donneurs d'ordres et les maîtres d'ouvrage traditionnels nationaux, les compétences de la société sont reconnues par les bailleurs de fonds internationaux (Banque Mondiale ou le FED) et par les agences de développement (Lux-Development, Agence Française de Développement).

Depuis 2003, TR-Engineering dispose d'une succursale à Strasbourg (Schiltigheim).

En 2011, TR-Engineering a intégré Luxautec, qui est un bureau d'études spécialisé dans les domaines de génie technique.
