What Works for YOU?

That question sums up the mission and philosophy of TR Training Solutions.

Many training companies approach businesses and organizations with a one-size-fits-all approach. TR Training Solutions comes at this from a completely different angle: We don’t start by telling you about our training programs… we begin by asking what you need.

Our process matches our outside expertise to your internal needs to make the improvements that help your business or organization in a very hands-on, concrete way. Our training is also fully mobile… we come to you.

Something else that makes us different… many times our programs are FREE to you.

Yes, in many cases our services come at no cost to you. There is no gimmick or trick here. We have special expertise in helping clients apply for IWTP (Incumbent Worker Training Program) grants that will cover the cost of training programs. Dozens of our clients have had their training completely paid using this terrific grant program.

As an approved Louisiana Workforce Commission Grant Writer, TR Training Solutions can help any Louisiana organization that pays unemployment insurance tax apply for money.
