Jonathan Perrin

Jonathan Perrin is a seasoned legal professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Co-Founder, General Counsel, and Executive Director of Operations at Tr1X since June 2023. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Partner at Massumi + Consoli LLP from July 2018 to June 2023, and served as an Associate at both Goodwin and K&L Gates. Jonathan's legal career began at K&L Gates as a Summer Associate, followed by a role as a Legal Consultant at LumenVox. Early experience also includes a Legal Intern position at Mandalay Baseball Properties. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in Philosophy from Harvard University and a Doctor of Law (JD) with a specialization in Business Law & Policy from UCLA School of Law.
