Gemma Hall

Gemma Hall is an accomplished professional with a background in account management and consumer insights. Currently serving as an Account Lead at TRA since January 2023, Gemma previously held roles at Kantar from September 2017 to December 2022, where responsibilities included creating impactful strategies for clients in FMCG, Tech, and Finance. Early experience at Elsevier involved supporting the consumer insight team to enhance customer experience through data-driven insights. Additional expertise includes eye-tracking analysis at Marketing Sciences Unlimited, assisting PepsiCo in understanding shopper behavior. Gemma holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from Loughborough University, completed in 2017.
