Hayden Baker

Hayden Baker is an accomplished business director with extensive expertise in research, branding, strategy, and innovation. Currently serving as Business Director at TRA since May 2021, Hayden has previously held influential roles such as Group Strategy Director at One Picture and Principal Consultant at Flash\Thunder. With a strong background in leading innovation projects across various sectors, including a tenure as Head of Innovation for Asahi Premium Beverages in the ANZ region, Hayden has effectively managed end-to-end innovation processes. Additional experience includes managing insight and innovation for the Dairy team at Goodman Fielder, and strategic communications roles at Ogilvy Auckland and Publicis Mojo. Hayden holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Marketing and Psychology from the University of Otago.
