Lindsey Horne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in behavioral insights and strategy. Currently serving as the Behavioral Insights Director at TRA since May 2021, Lindsey leads the behavior change discipline within an insight agency that integrates behavioral science with data analytics and design.
