Customer Success Lead at Traackr

Caroline BOUDRAY has been in the workforce since 2011, beginning their career as a Sales Assistant at C&A. Caroline then moved to Carrefour Planet in 2011, where they were a Gestionnaire des stocks. In 2014, they joined Asindo XIAMEN as an Assistant Marketing Manager, where they sourced clients, managed their files, patented new products and created new collections. In 2015, they joined UNIQLO EUROPE LTD as a Graduate Program, where they were trained in Europe's window for UNIQLO in terms of marketing and events. Caroline then became a Junior Assistant Store Manager and was transferred to Toulouse to open the first store in the region. Caroline then became a Senior Assistant Store Manager, in charge of two floors focusing on women's wear. In 2015, they also joined ZODIO ITALIA as a Junior Product Manager. In 2018, they joined Traackr as a Sales Development Representative, where they built Influencer Relationship Management (IRM) technology and helped CMOs and their teams align influencers along the customer journey. Caroline then became a Customer Success Manager, and eventually a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Caroline BOUDRAY has a diverse education history. From 2003 to 2007, they attended the Lycée Français de Pékin and obtained a Brevet des Collèges in Français, Mathématiques, Histoire/Géographie. From 2007 to 2010, they attended Ecole Jeanine Manuel, Marcq-en-Baroeul and obtained a Baccalauréat in Sciences économiques et sociales. From 2012 to 2013, they attended Sophia University for Business and Management. Caroline also obtained four certifications: TOEIC in December 2013, BULATS in May 2012, Cambridge First Certificate of English in March 2007, and TOEFL in March 2012. From 2014 to 2015, they obtained a Master's degree in Fashion Management from Istituto Marangoni. Finally, from 2010 to 2015, they obtained a Master's degree (M2) in Marketing from IÉSEG School of Management.
