Liane Ledoux has over 10 years of professional experience. Liane began their career in 2006 as a Constituent Services Aide for the Office of Governor Mitt Romney's External Affairs in the State of Massachusetts. In 2007, they worked as a Sales Marketing Associate for MFS Investment Management. In 2008, they worked as a Niche Publications Co-op for The Boston Globe. In 2009, they were a Content Editor for Going.com/AOL. From 2010 to present, they have been employed at Traackr, where they have held several roles, including Director of CS Operations & Support, Customer Success Operations Lead, Senior Customer Success Manager, Director of Enterprise Customer Enablement, Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, and Customer Support. During their time as Customer Success Operations Lead, they were responsible for the successful launch of Traackr Academy, an on-demand learning platform, and managed a team to create all curriculum content from scripting to production and editing. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, they managed relationships with top enterprise clients and agencies while overseeing onboarding, support, optimization, expansion, business reviews, and ad-hoc value-add projects. Liane also managed the entire commercial process with Agencies relating to upgrades and renewals, regularly driving 2-year renewal commitments.

Liane Ledoux obtained a BA in Journalism from Northeastern University between 2004 and 2009. Liane then obtained four certifications from Coursera: Leading Teams (April 2021), Influencing People (February 2021), Managing Talent (December 2020), and Inspiring and Motivating Individuals (November 2020). Most recently, they earned a Certificate in Leading People & Teams Specialization from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, which they are currently completing in 2021.
