Vivian Lam has a wealth of experience in the marketing and business management fields. Vivian started their career in 2007 as a Marketing Intelligence and Marcom Intern at Siemens. In 2008, they returned to Siemens as a Marketing Intern. In 2009, they moved to HSBC as an RBWM Management Trainee/Assistant Manager, where they conducted a network-wide categorization, complement and capacity analysis for sales staff and support officers and created a forecasting model for management use. In 2012, they founded The Lab Group Limited, where they conducted extensive market research and brand evaluation to build and develop a premium content creation and interactive software solutions business. In 2017, they joined Facebook as a Global Solutions Partner. In 2019, they moved to Credit Culture as a Business Management Director and Vamp as a Global Partnerships Lead, where they helped build and nurture partnership opportunities for Vamp globally and collaborated to launch the Branded Content product. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Traackr as an APAC Client Success Lead, where they are responsible for ensuring clients are optimized in their influencer marketing strategies by combining data and insights with Traackr's platform.
Vivian Lam obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing Co-op and International Business) from The University of British Columbia between 2004 and 2009. In 2007, they participated in a Business Exchange Program at the National University of Singapore. In 2006, they studied French at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.
