Experience includes working as an Investment Associate at KarpReilly, LLC, managing a portfolio of consumer companies and leading key investments, along with a background in investment banking at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs. Izzy also played professionally in the Women's Professional Lacrosse League and founded an Etsy store, showcasing a blend of athleticism and entrepreneurial spirit.
