Shashank Kumar

Shashank Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Shashank is currently working at Traba since 2023 in the role of Business Operations. Prior to that, they were the Chief Operations Officer at FlashBox from June 2022 to March 2023, and the Head of Operations from October 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining FlashBox, Shashank worked at Skylight as the Director of Operations from 2020 to 2021. Shashank also served as the Senior Manager of Operations at Wayfair from 2018 to 2020.

Shashank's career began at KPMG in 2015, where they worked as a Senior Associate in the Advisory (Strategy and Operations) team. Shashank assisted clients in various industries, such as retail, automotive, chemical, agricultural, and electric & gas, in addressing strategy and operations related challenges.

Prior to KPMG, Shashank gained experience as an Assistant Brand Manager Intern at Reckitt Benckiser - RB in 2014. Shashank also worked as a Regional Manager at Abhitech Energycon Ltd. from 2010 to 2013 and as an Engineer in Network Security at Cisco Systems from 2009 to 2010.

Shashank Kumar completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Electronics and Communications from Manipal Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2009. Following that, they pursued their MBA at Cornell University from 2013 to 2015.
