Michael Lee

Michael Lee, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at TRAC Intermodal, where responsibilities include overseeing recruitment strategies to support a nationwide fleet of marine and specialty chassis. Prior to this role, Michael was VP and Manager of Talent Acquisition at OceanFirst Bank, where modern recruiting strategies were designed and executed during a significant growth period. Michael also held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, providing HR expertise and managing talent-centric programs. Earlier experience includes serving as Branch Manager at Randstad USA, where recognition was achieved as a top leader. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Rutgers University.
