Brad Spence is a seasoned professional in Indigenous advisory and consulting, currently serving as Principal, Indigenous Advisory at Trace Associates Inc. since May 2022. As an Indigenous Business Consultant at Buffalo Spirit Enterprises since March 2010, Brad Spence has contributed extensive expertise in community relations. Previously, Brad held the role of Socioeconomic Advisor at Imperial Oil from April 2008 to April 2024 and worked as the Indigenous and Community Relations Specialist at ECO Canada from December 2019 to April 2022. Earlier in the career path, Brad served in various leadership roles such as Lead Hand, Foreman, and Supervisor at Kiewit from March 2005 to April 2008.
