Nicole Conti has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they founded Family’s Legacy. In 2020, they began working for Trace.com as a Genealogist & Historical Researcher, Editor, and Onboarding Specialist. In the same year, they also began working for the City of Carlsbad as a Genealogy & History Librarian. In 2018, they started working for Forno Rosso Pizzeria as a Host, and also began an Archivist Internship with The Newberry. Finally, in 2008, they began working for World Wide Cards, Inc. as the Vice President of Operations.

Nicole Conti began their educational journey in 2004 when they received a Bachelor of Arts - BA from UC Santa Barbara, majoring in Communication and minoring in Global Studies. Nicole then continued their education in 2017 at Dominican University, where they earned a Master of Library & Information Science - MLIS in Library and Information Science. In 2021, Nicole Conti obtained a Certificate in Genealogical Research from Boston University. Additionally, in April 2020, they earned a Photo Archiving: Preserving Family Memories certification from Lynda.com.
