Andrew Lowe

Andrew Lowe is a seasoned professional in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Manager of GIS at Trace since March 2024, Andrew previously held the position of Sr. Specialist - GIS at Energy Transfer for a brief tenure. Prior to that, a Senior Land and GIS Analyst at Crestwood Midstream Partners LP spanned four years, and a tenure at Columbia Pipeline Group included roles as Project Specialist and GIS Analyst. Andrew's early career involved project management and GIS work at the Appalachian Transportation Institute and technical roles at the Raleigh County Assessor’s Office. Academically, Andrew holds a Master's Degree in Physical Science with an emphasis in Geobiophysical Modeling from Marshall University and a Bachelor's Degree in Geography with a focus on Cartography/GIS from Concord University.
