Ben May

Ben May is Vice President, Finance at Trace midstream, responsible for coordinating M&A and capital raising objectives for the company. Ben brings ten years of oil and gas industry experience to Trace, across investment banking and corporate development.

Prior to joining Trace, Ben served as Vice President, at Wells Fargo Securities where he helped execute $24 billion of M&A transactions across the midstream, upstream and oilfield services sectors. As an associate in Wells Fargo’s Energy & Power Investment Banking group, Ben helped coordinate $11 billion of debt and equity capital markets transactions.

Ben earned his JD and MBA from Emory University, and received a BA in History from the University of Southern California, where he graduated cum laude.
