Josh Weber

Josh Weber is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Trace Midstream. As CEO, Josh leads the Trace team with overall responsibility for the development and execution of the company’s business plan. Josh has a long and proven track record as a successful leader in both the midstream and upstream sectors of the U.S. Energy industry.

Prior to founding Trace, Josh spent five years as SVP of Commercial and Business Development at Howard Energy Partners. During his Tenure at Howard, Josh lead the commercial development and execution of over $1.5 billion of growth capital projects. Prior to joining Howard, Josh worked at Southwestern Energy in various midstream and upstream roles.

Josh received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Jones Graduate School of Management at Rice University.
