Robin Le Coz is an experienced service manager and project leader in the field of food technology. Currently serving as a Service Manager at Trace One since March 2020, Robin has focused on data analysis and reliability concerning food and non-food products for major French distributors. Previous experience includes a role as an R&D engineering assistant at Givaudan, where Robin worked on developing new formulations, and as a research assistant at Curtin University, investigating extraction methods for phenolic compounds in chickpeas and sorghum. Additional roles involved laboratory work at Agrimer, focusing on cosmetic product development from algae, and research at the Laboratory of Marine Environmental Sciences (IUEM), studying the extraction of phenolic compounds in brown algae. Robin holds a Master's degree in Innovation Processes and Products in Food Industries from ESIAB and has a strong educational background in biological engineering and product development.
