Phil Werdal is the founder and CEO of Trace Register. Phil has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to Trace Register, Phil was a co-founder and vice president at Jefferson Properties and also the co-founder, president, and director at Jubilee Fisheries. Phil has a wealth of experience in all aspects of the commercial real estate industry and has been instrumental in the success of Trace Register.

Phil Werdal's educational career includes a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
