Mikus K. has a diverse work experience starting from 2012 at KPMG, where they worked in Transactions and Restructuring. Mikus then moved on to Arma Partners as a Tech M&A professional, providing advisory services to various clients. In 2017, Mikus joined iTech Capital as an Investment Manager. Mikus later founded Ardora in 2018. In 2019, Mikus held roles as a Mentor at Overkill Ventures and as the Director of Finance at Lokalise. In 2021, they joined Chili Piper, first as the Director of Revenue Planning and later as the Senior Director of Strategy & Finance until 2023. Mikus also worked as a Mentor at Femme Palette and as a Member and Angel Investor at BADideas.fund. Most recently, they co-founded Trace.Space in 2023.

Mikus K. has a diverse education history. Mikus began their studies at the International School of Geneva from 2002 to 2007, where they did not obtain a degree or field of study. Mikus then attended Colonel By Secondary School from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained an Ontario Secondary School Diploma but did not specialize in a particular field of study.

Mikus continued their education at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in International Business Administration from 2009 to 2012. Following on, they attended The Chinese University of Hong Kong from 2011 to 2012, where they earned an International Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Accounting and Finance.

Mikus further pursued their education at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, from 2013 to 2014. During this time, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Finance and Investments.

In addition to their formal education, Mikus has also acquired several certifications. Mikus completed the Reforge Growth Series and obtained an Advanced Growth Strategy certification from Reforge in May 2022. Mikus also holds the CISI Level 3 Certificate in Corporate Finance and the CISI Level 3 Certificate in Financial Regulation from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).
