Alisha Kelly

Alisha Kelly has extensive work experience in business development, marketing, and external communications, as well as board and committee positions in various organizations. Alisha has worked as the Vice President of Business Development and Director at Trace Systems Inc., while also founding their own consulting firm, AFK Consulting LLC, and a startup, Average Geniuses. Additionally, they have held various roles within AFCEA International, AFCEA DC, and AFCEA NOVA, including serving as Vice Chair of Women in AFCEA, President of International AFCEAN Emerging Leaders, and Senior Business Development Analyst at Leidos/Lockheed Martin IS&GS. Overall, their skills and responsibilities have included proposal development, recruiting, and governance, as well as representing professionals in IT and defense industries.

Alisha Kelly has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Supply Chain Management and International Business from Louisiana State University. Prior to earning their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the same university. In addition to their academic degrees, they have obtained a Certification in Associate Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute in May 2013.
