Brandon Cox

Brandon Cox has over a decade of work experience, with recent employment in the telecommunications and IT industry. Brandon has held positions such as Operations Control Center System Administrator and SATCOM Network Administrator at Trace Systems, Helpdesk Administrator V (Tier II Administrator) at AC4S Technologies, and Help Desk Service Support Specialist, Intermediate at Optimal Technologies International. Additionally, they worked as an Information Technology System Network Administrator at CareerSource Pinellas and Dell Pro Support Technician at Stream Global Services. Brandon's earlier work experience includes serving in the United States Army Reserve as an Information System Operator/Analyst, as well as roles in retail and electronic systems installation and maintenance.

Brandon Cox has a variety of educational and certification accomplishments. Brandon attended Boca Ciega High School from 2002 to 2006 and studied general education. In 2009, they attended Lasalle Computer Learning Center and pursued Helpdesk Administration. Brandon then attended the Center of technology and Training in 2012 to specialize in network technology. From 2015 to 2025, they attended New Horizons Computer Learning Center and studied Network and System Administration Level 2.

With regards to certifications, Brandon has passed various Microsoft exams such as Exam 740, Exam 741, and Exam 742, all of which were obtained in October 2018, leading to obtaining the certification of MCSA: Windows Server 2016. Brandon also became a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert for Cloud Platform and Infrastructure in December 2015 and earned a Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching certification in June 2018. Brandon also obtained the iDirect Government's Operations and Maintenance certification in September 2017.
