Charles Gregg has over 17 years of experience in network infrastructure engineering and planning and installation of OSP copper and fiber optic cabling. Charles has worked as a Network Infrastructure Engineer and Technician at Trace Systems Inc since 2006 and has managed day-to-day operations of current projects and maintenance, diagnosed and corrected copper and optical fiber problems, and maintained industry standards. At ITT from 2003 to 2006, they served as an OSP Lead, managing 13 OSP/ISP technicians in their daily work assignments, overseeing construction and movement of all OSP and ISP cabling. Overall, Gregg is proficient in the termination and testing of copper, coax, and fiber cable associated with infrastructure as directed and also experienced in the termination, splicing and testing of 25 pr through 900 pr OSP and ISP cables, 6 through 144 strand multi-mode and single-mode fiber. Charles can easily troubleshoot Layer1 and Layer2 network issues.

Charles Gregg received their high school diploma from Greenwood High in 1975. In 1997-1998, they attended Ms. Delta Jr College for general education but did not receive a degree. Charles later obtained several certifications, including CCENT, ITILv3 Foundations, BICSI ITS Technician, CCNA, Comp TIA Security+, CompTIA Network ce, CompTIA Security ce, and Network+.
