David Boehm

David Boehm is currently working as a Senior Systems Engineer at Trace Systems Inc. where they are responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving server and application services on virtualized platforms. David also assesses and optimizes virtualization systems, supports the deployment of virtual Microsoft Windows desktops through VMware Horizon technology, maintains system logs and analysis using vRealize Log Insight, and documents the configuration of infrastructures, Technical Solutions papers, implementation/back-out plans, TTPs, SOP, process, etc. Prior to this, they worked as a Data Center Virtualization Consulting Engineer at Zivaro, Inc. and Insight Global. David has also served as a Virtualization and Storage Engineer at Nisga'a Data Systems, LLC, Lead Data Center Virtualization Engineer at Vectrus, System Administrator at AC4S, and Systems Administrator at Advanced Communication Services Inc. (ACSI). Additionally, they worked as a DMI Site Lead for DFAS Denver at Unisys Corporation and provided Help desk and PC support for 1,700+ users as a System Administrator at JM Neil and Associates/DFAS.

David Boehm received a certificate in Computer Networking from DRA Software Training in 1999-2000. David has also obtained several additional certifications including VCP 6 DCV from VMware in 2013, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in 2011, and A+, MCITP Enterprise Administrator, and MCSE from CompTIA and Microsoft, respectively, although the months and exact years of these last three certifications are not provided.
