John Lynch has a diverse work experience that spans across more than two decades. John started working in 1999 as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, where they served in various countries and was meritoriously promoted twice. In 2008, John joined PAR Technology as Senior Corporate Recruiter responsible for hiring professionals in the Information Technology and Telecommunications fields. John worked in this role till 2022 when they joined Honeywell as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, serving as a Cyber Security & Technology Recruiter through Randstad Contract. In their role, they developed talent strategies for the US region across diverse market conditions for Honeywell, a Fortune 100 company. Currently, John is a Senior Recruiter at Trace Systems Inc since October 2022, where they develop solutions to meet clients' technical requirements for the Department of Defense and its mission partners, among others.

John Lynch received their Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Sociology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2007. In 2009, they obtained Top Secret Level Clearance from the United States Department of Defense. In 2011, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Project Management at Boston University and obtained a Masters of Science in Leadership degree from there in 2013. John also received a certification as a Certified Personnel Consultant from the National Association of Staffing Professionals at an unknown date.
