Raymond McShane

Raymond McShane has an extensive work experience spanning over 30 years. Raymond started their career as a Wideband Communications Technician in the United States Air Force in 1983 and then worked as a Quality Control Manager for ITT Systems, inspecting various DISA USAF and USA Technical Control Facilities across Turkey, England, and Saudi Arabia to ensure compliance with applicable communication standards. In 1998, they worked for Verizon as a Project Manager, coordinating the startup of Verizon's reentry into the long-distance business. Raymond then joined Lockheed Martin in 2004 as a Deputy Director, managing eight Work Centers within the Pentagon National Military Command Center and coordinating daily with NMCC Watch Office. Raymond worked with the USAF Reserve as a Senior Enlisted Advisor from 1999 to 2011 and served as a Project Manager for ITT, overseeing SIPR/NIPR Tech Control, Network Administration, Systems Administration, Help Desk, ADPE, SATCOM, Outside Plant, VTC, Generator, Logistics, and Supply, Switchboard Operator and DSN Switch Workcenters in Afghanistan. Raymond then worked for DRS Technologies, Inc. as a Program Manager before joining the National Park Service as a Senior Telecommunications Project Manager in 2013. Finally, they joined Trace Systems in 2014, where they worked as a Senior Satellite Engineer.

Raymond McShane earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Baruch College between 1974 and 1978. Raymond also obtained several certifications, including a Certified Scrum Master certificate from Agile in July 2013, a Network + certification from Comptia in November 2010, a Security + certification also from Comptia in April 2010, and a PMP certification from PMI in November 2011.
