Scott Spiegel

Scott Spiegel has extensive experience in IT project management and network engineering, dating back to 2000 when they were Director of Engineering and Operations at DV2 Communications. Since then, they have held several roles at Harris IT Services and Trace Systems, including Program Manager, IT Operations at Trace Systems from 2015 to present. In this role, they oversee contract deliverables, processes, and compliance across $1.5B on the MPE-S and MPE-ES contracts with full P&L accountability. At Harris IT Services, they planned, executed, and maintained IT projects throughout the life cycle to support army CENTRIXS, SIPR, and NIPR networks in Afghanistan as a Project Manager and Network Engineer. Furthermore, they designed and implemented reliable and high-performing NIPR and SIPR base networks for 12 military bases as a Network Planning Engineer III on the NMCI contract. Overall, Scott Spiegel has significant technical leadership experience in network development and administration, often leading the design, implementation, and integration of enterprise solutions, coordinating geographically diverse employees and subcontractors, and reporting to senior leadership.

Scott Spiegel received their bachelor's degree from The Citadel in Electrical Engineering from 1988 to 1993. Scott has also obtained additional certifications including ITIL Service Op from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in March 2015, ITIL Foundation Certification from the same institution in 2011, Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in October 2013, and CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP) from CompTIA in April 2018.
