Andy Grout

Andy Grout is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management consulting, finance transformation, and program management. Currently serving as Director of Transformation Programs at Trace3 since July 2017, Grout held a prior position as Principal in the Finance Transformation Practice at DXC Technology from June 2006 to July 2017. Earlier roles include Senior Program Manager at BMC Software, where responsibilities encompassed R&D Operations and business process management, and Development Manager overseeing a team dedicated to creating help architecture software and xml-based content management systems. Grout's diverse background also includes political campaign management for Barbara Radnofsky’s U.S. Senate candidacy and various positions in product development, marketing, and legislative assistance. Education credentials include an MBA from Cornell University and a BA in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of Northern Colorado.
