Chuck Brown

Chuck Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery management and technical consulting. Currently serving as the Service Delivery Manager for the TOLA Region at Trace3 since May 2023, Chuck has previously held roles at Set Solutions where responsibilities spanned service delivery management across various regions and practices, including data analytics. Prior to these positions, Chuck worked at Experian as a Senior Analyst, co-administrating a global Splunk infrastructure, and held engineering and consulting roles at prominent organizations such as JCPenney, Valor Telecom, and Lucent Technologies. Chuck holds a degree from the University of Southern Indiana and is skilled in balancing the needs of clients, consultants, and companies to ensure effective service delivery.
