Daniela Fink, PMP, CSM has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Daniela currently serves as the Lead, Senior Project Manager at Trace3 since May 2023. Prior to this, Daniela worked at Set Solutions, a Trace3 Company, where they held multiple positions including Senior Project Manager- Team Lead, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager from July 2019 to May 2023. Before joining Set Solutions, they worked as a Human Resources Business Consultant at ADP from January 2018 to July 2019. Daniela also has experience in account/relationship management, having worked as an Account/Relationship Manager at Highmetric | Global ServiceNow Partner from December 2016 to December 2017 and at Column Technologies from 2014 to 2017, where they also served as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Additionally, they have experience in recruitment, having worked as a Senior IT Recruiter at OSG Global from June 2014 to September 2014 and as a Lead Recruiter at Xerox from January 2013 to June 2014. Earlier in their career, Daniela worked as a Financial Aid Analyst at Career Education Corporation from January 2012 to January 2013, as a Lead Teacher/Health and Safety Coordinator at KinderCare Education from January 2009 to January 2012, and as an Assistant Manager at Goodies Deli from January 2006 to January 2009. With their extensive professional background, Daniela possesses a strong foundation in project management, HR consulting, relationship management, and recruitment.

Daniela Fink, PMP, CSM, obtained a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from DeVry University, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. In addition, they hold certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in 2021, and as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in 2019.
