Joann Thach

Joann Thach is a prominent leader in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), currently serving as the Senior Director of Community Impact at Trace3 since November 2023 and as an Advisory Council Member for Harvard Business Review since August 2024. Previously, Joann held the position of Global Director for DEIB at Fivetran and served as Senior Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Snell & Wilmer, where responsibilities included community outreach. Joann's career also includes a managerial role in Diversity, Inclusion, and Corporate Social Responsibility at Fenwick & West and a virtual advising position at Edboost Learning Center. Joann attained an Executive MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Sociology and Philosophy from UCLA, along with a CORe credential from Harvard Business School Online.
