Joe Marble is an experienced engineering professional with extensive expertise in customer engagement, particularly in the SLED sector, serving as Manager of SLED Engineering at Trace3 since May 2012. Joe has managed a team of up to 14 employees and subcontractors, overseeing all aspects of customer interactions from pre-sales to service closure. Previous roles include Engineering Consultant, focusing on Storage, SAN, and virtualization technologies, and Solutions Architect, providing pre-sales engineering for various data center and IT solutions. Prior to Trace3, Joe worked as a Contract Systems Engineer for Office Staffing and held multiple positions at Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan, including Senior Systems Engineer and Senior Programmer/Analyst, both of which were attained through demonstrated leadership and technical proficiency. Joe's earlier experience includes positions as Trainer, Site Manager at eSoftSolutions and Application Integrator at IBM. Joe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Grand Valley State University.
