Lars Hegenberg

Lars Hegenberg is an experienced innovation researcher currently working at Trace3 since January 2022. Previously, Lars served as the Head of Incubation Programs at Incubase, where responsibilities included coaching startups, expanding mentorship networks, and managing incubator memberships. In addition, Lars acted as an Advisor for Startup Acceleration at Novel-T, facilitating validation programs and representing the organization at international events. Early experiences include positions in corporate development and planning at Intrachain and as a Junior Business Developer at Novel-T. Lars holds an MSc in Strategic Management (Cum Laude) from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and participated in an International Master Exchange at The Wharton School. Educational background also includes a BSc in International Business Administration and a Bachelor Exchange at ESSCA in Paris.
