Ray Dahman

Ray Dahman, MBA, is an experienced sales professional with a robust background in various managerial and leadership roles. Currently serving as an Inside Sales Manager at Trace3 since 2011, Ray facilitates the operational support for account executives while selling IT solutions to large enterprise accounts. Prior to this, Ray founded and presided over GapZap Dental Staffing, providing recruitment services in the dental industry from 2008 to 2012. Their earlier experience includes significant tenure at E*TRADE Financial, where as Branch Manager, Ray achieved remarkable sales growth and developed successful sales teams. Previously, Ray held positions at TD Waterhouse, OLDE Discount, and Block Trading, demonstrating a consistent track record in sales management, client relationship building, and financial expertise. Ray holds an Executive MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a BA in Biology from Ithaca College.
