Ross Thelen has extensive experience in project management at both Trace3 and US Signal, where Ross has held various roles such as Senior Project Manager, NOC Surveillance Manager, Transport Engineer, Circuit Design Engineer, NOC Flex Technician, and NOC Surveillance Technician. Ross is responsible for managing complex projects involving moving customer IT infrastructures into the US Signal cloud and providing network solutions.
